Passing Away Of A Dream

March 24, 2007

So India lost the match… Any takes on that? Yes. Hundreds. People are saying this,
this, this and even this

Now I completely agree with Dravid here. We didn’t deserve to go into the second round. Perhaps if Sachin wasn’t so busy selling biscuits and eggs, if Dhoni could be happy with just one coloured hair (and would have actually considered becoming a train ticket checker), Yuvraj wasn’t busy teaching random black people how to make ‘lassi malai marke’ and Dravid could just get out of important conversations on how Videocon and cricket were similar… perhaps we could have some winning chances.

But well I sympathize with ‘the boys’. Getting their asses whooped left, right and centre would have been a bit painful.

I am wondering though… what would happen when they come back to India after Bangladesh annihilates Bermuda… What then? Ahh… now thats a thought to feast on!!!

Zimbul zolooshun. They don’t NEED to come back to India, they should contribute to overseas cricket.
Like the Bolton Prep Schools’ Sunday League.
Or the Bermuda Combined Schools Athletics and Parlour Games Tournament.
Even the Dokkhin Dhaka Krira Porishod Baarshik Shommelon. No, make that ESPECIALY the DDKPBS!

oh yes. I would completely agree… but I really want to know what happens when they come back… do they get mobbed, beaten, sued, killed? What happens?
